1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kedai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Kedai provides an online platform for Singapore home-based businesses to create storefronts, manage listings, accept orders, and process bookings.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kedai for any unlawful purpose, to sell prohibited items, or to engage in activity that disrupts the platform or other users.

5. Payment and Fees

Kedai offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Kedai does not process customer payments directly — sellers manage their own payment collection (e.g., via PayNow).

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Kedai a licence to display it on the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Kedai at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@kedai.sg (see our Privacy Policy for how deletion is handled).

8. Limitation of Liability

Kedai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kedai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
